The upper part of the boiler drum is equipped with a pressurized phase change heat exchanger - tube bundle. The water that needs to be heated flows through the tube bundle, and the space at the lower part of the tube bundle area in the boiler is filled with medium water. The so-called "phase change" heat transfer refers to the cyclic process of absorbing and releasing heat by using a heat conduction medium to change from liquid to gas, and then from gas to liquid. This process is the two stages of evaporation and condensation in terms of medium. The evaporation of the medium to release heat relies on its own molecular thermal power, while the condensation and liquefaction reflux of the medium's heat release rely on its own gravity. Therefore, this cyclic process of heat transfer does not require external power support and is autonomously completed under the guidance of the equipment. The "phase change" boiler does not require water replenishment or the addition of water softening agents during operation, thus saving boiler water and reducing environmental pollution caused by water softening agents.
